Introduction

Welcome to Grad Me! This User Agreement governs your use of our e-learning platform, its content, and any associated services. By using or accessing Grad Me, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined in this User Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

User Responsibilities

1. Account Creation & Security

• When creating an account with Grad Me, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

1. Acceptable Use

• You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Posting or transmitting any unlawful, harmful, or defamatory content

• Engaging in behavior that is offensive, harassing, or harmful to other users

• Uploading content that contains viruses, malware, or any other malicious code

1. Prohibited Conduct

• You must not engage in any behavior that disrupts the normal use of the platform, such as:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

• Using automated means (such as bots) to interact with the platform

• Spamming, scamming, or phishing other users

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, provided on Grad Me is the exclusive property of Grad Me or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the platform without explicit permission.

Termination of Use

Grad Me reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at its sole discretion if you violate this User Agreement or engage in behavior that is deemed harmful to the platform or its users. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform and its content.
 

Limitation of Liability

Grad Me provides the platform and its services "as is" without any warranties, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the platform or inability to access the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
 

Changes to the Agreement

Grad Me reserves the right to modify this User Agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or notification on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

This User Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Grad Me operates. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Grad Me’s platform and services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of this User Agreement. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform. This User Agreement forms a binding contract between you and Grad Me, and your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
